1. 3‑Day Refund Window for New Subscriptions

  • We offer a 3‑day refund policy for new subscriptions only.
  • If you are a new customer and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 3 calendar days of your initial subscription purchase.
  • After 3 days from the initial purchase, no refunds will be issued.

2. Renewals and Existing Subscriptions

  • Renewals are non‑refundable. Once your subscription renews for a new billing period (monthly or yearly), that period is fully chargeable.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Future renewals will not be charged after cancellation, but the current period will not be refunded.

3. Upgrades and Downgrades

  • When upgrading, any price difference may be prorated by our payment provider according to their logic. These charges are generally non‑refundable.
  • Downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle; we do not issue refunds for the unused portion of the higher‑tier plan.

4. How to Request a Refund (New Customers Only)

To request a refund within the 3‑day window:

  • Email us at support@seo45.com from the email address associated with your account.
  • Include:
    • Your name
    • Account email
    • Purchase date
    • Reason for the refund (optional but helps us improve).

If your request meets the conditions above, we will process the refund to the original payment method. It may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if:

  • The request is made after the 3‑day period for a new subscription.
  • There is evidence of abuse, excessive usage, or violation of our Terms of Use.
  • You were already granted a refund for a previous subscription (we generally only allow one introductory refund per customer).

6. Trials and Promotions

  • If we offer free trials or promotional periods, separate terms may apply.
  • Once a trial converts into a paid subscription, the 3‑day refund window begins from the initial paid charge, not from the start of the trial.

7. Platform Independence / No Affiliation

Our Service integrates with platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, and others to publish content on your behalf. However:

SEO45 AI is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Google, or any other third‑party platform.

All refunds relate solely to your subscription with SEO45 AI and do not cover any fees you pay directly to other platforms or services.
